I am a general dental surgeon and have 26 years’ experience running clinics in Westmeath, London and Dublin. I initially gained my qualifications in dentistry at Dublin’s Trinity College in 1987. For the past 8 years I have provided general, emergency and cosmetic dentistry at Frederick Dental Clinic.

Both adults and children have praised me for my relaxed and informal approach to dentistry and I enjoy helping nervous patients overcome their fears. Before your treatment begins I will ensure you know all the details about what will happen at each stage of the procedure. I will also answer all of your questions and make sure you feel relaxed and free of dental anxiety before treatment starts.

My passion is dentistry and I thoroughly enjoy building lasting relations with people. Gum health is an area of particular interest to me. I have previously been treasurer of the Irish Endodontic Society. I am currently completing a Masters programme in Orthodontics at Warwick University in order to meet the huge demand for quality orthodontic services at the clinic. I love Orthodontics and am a member of The British Orthodontic society.

Dr. Eoin M. Mullane

Root Canal Specialist
I achieved a dental degree at the University of Manchester during 1999 before specialising in Endodontics. To build on my dentistry qualification I completed specialist Endodontic training during 2008 at the University of Michigan, USA.

Endodontic treatment includes root canal treatment to eradicate infection and save an existing tooth from extraction. I am an affiliate of the American Association of Endodontists, and a potential nominee for the American Board of Endodontists.

Paula Lyons

Dental Hygienist

After gaining three years’ experience-based training in Tipperary as a dental nurse, I developed a passion for dental hygiene. To grow my expertise in this field I completed a rigorous 2 year dental hygiene course with honours at Cork Dental Hospital.

As part of my continued professional development I attend training courses for maintenance and treatment of Periodontal Disease, including that provided by American Dental Hygienist, Pat Worchester, in 2007.
